Shipping and payment

Payment options

Payment options are only offered for national shipments within Germany. Unless otherwise specified in the respective product description, the following payment options are offered:

1. Prepayment by bank transfer

2. PayPal

3. Cash payment on collection

Prepayment by bank transfer

If you select the payment method prepayment by bank transfer, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail after your order with the subject: "Waiting for receipt of payment by bank transfer". This contains all relevant information for the transfer, such as the total amount of the order, the bank details and the order number. Please state your order number as the reason for payment when making the transfer.

Please transfer the full invoice amount within 10 calendar days to the account specified in the order confirmation. Your order will be held until this deadline. After the deadline, the order will be canceled.

PayPal

During the order process you can pay with your PayPal account. A PayPal account is required, which you can also open during the ordering process. With this payment method, you will be automatically redirected to www.paypal.de to make the payment. Further information can be found at www.paypal.de. Your PayPal account will be debited upon completion of the order.

Cash payment on collection

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. Cash payment will be made on collection. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Shipping

Delivery is only made nationally within Germany. All available shipping methods will be displayed during the ordering process. Depending on the size and weight of the total order, the following shipping methods and prices are available, which can beviewed in the following list:

The shipping costs incurred are displayed in the shopping cart. You only have to pay this amount once per order, even if we make one or more partial deliveries.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3-4 days. If payment is made in advance, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged. For orders of items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a joint shipment, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is determined according to the item from your order with the longest delivery time.
