The light buzzer (loudspeaker) is a component of the instrument cluster (colloquially known as the speedometer) and provides a warning signal, for example, when:

- Leaving the vehicle with the lights on
- reaching the fuel reserve
- driving without a seatbelt
- reaching low temperatures around freezing point

The loudspeaker is replaced via four soldering points in the instrument cluster.
